1. PRODUCTS
1.1 All products listed on this website (which may vary from time to time) are available for delivery within Polomolok, South Cotabato and surrounding areas.
1.2 Certain products may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer shelf life and freshness.
1.3 Some products, including certain flowers and plants, may be harmful or toxic. If you require further information before placing an order, please contact us using the details in Section 6.
1.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value and similar quality without prior notice.
1.5 If we are unable to supply the product or a suitable substitute, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and reimburse your full payment, no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Alcoholic Gifts (if applicable):
1.6.1 We reserve the right to substitute alcoholic brands shown with items of equal value and quality.
1.6.2 In accordance with Philippine laws, only persons aged 18 or older may purchase or receive alcoholic products**. Proof of age may be required.
2. PRICES
2.1 Prices displayed are valid for up to 14 days from the date of placing your order.
3. ORDER / PAYMENTS
3.1 You are required to provide accurate personal and recipient details, including full delivery address and contact information. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other locally accepted payment methods. Clicking the “Complete Order” button signifies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 A contract is only formed once you receive our order confirmation email (not the automatic acknowledgment).
3.3 Orders are only accepted from customers aged 18 years or older.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery is limited to Polomolok, South Cotabato and surrounding areas.
4.2 Upon acceptance of your order, we will confirm the intended delivery date via email. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays unless by special arrangement.
4.3 Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays. Please ensure accurate address and contact details are provided.
4.4 While we aim to deliver on your requested date, delays may occur. In such cases, we will notify you and either reschedule or provide a full refund.
4.5 Deliveries to business addresses, hospitals, hotels, ports, and similar locations may be signed for by an authorized person on the recipient’s behalf. We are unable to deliver alcoholic items or plants to hospitals or funeral homes.
4.6 We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to recipient relocation, refusal, or unavailability at the specified address.
4.7 If no one is available to accept delivery, we may leave the item with a neighbor or issue a contact card for collection.
4.8 Delivery time requests (e.g., for funerals) can be indicated during checkout, but cannot be guaranteed. Please order at least one working day in advance for time-specific requests.
4.9 If there are issues with delivery, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the details provided.
4.10 The “Delivery Notes” field may be used to add helpful information (e.g., floor number, landmarks), but we reserve the right to ignore inappropriate or unclear instructions.
5. CANCELLATION
5.1 Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
5.2 To cancel or modify an order, contact us using the information in Section 6.
5.3 If fraudulent use of your payment card is discovered, you may cancel payment and be refunded for any unauthorized charges, as per your card provider’s policies.

6.2 Due to the perishable nature of our products, please report complaints within 1 working day of the delivery date to help us resolve them efficiently.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Yzabielle Flowershop, we strive to ensure all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
7.1 Reporting a Problem
Contact us (see Section 6) as soon as possible. We may request a photo of the item to assist with resolution. Issues reported within 48 hours are given priority.
7.2 Returning Flowers / Refunds
If your order is damaged, not delivered, or of unacceptable quality, we may issue a refund or resend the product, subject to review. Refunds are not available for flowers that were mishandled or stored incorrectly (e.g., near heat or without water). Flowers typically last 5 days or longer, depending on the variety.
8. DISCLAIMER
8.1 While we strive to keep the website and service operational and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any temporary unavailability.

(a) We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
(b) Our total liability shall be limited to three (3) times the purchase price of the product.
(c) We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
(d) We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, disruptions).
9. GENERAL
9.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect two (2) hours after being posted. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
9.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any reason.
9.3 These Terms are supplemented by any notices or disclaimers on our site. In case of conflict, these Terms will prevail.
9.4 We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and will only use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9.5 Only you and Yzabielle Flowershop have the right to enforce these Terms. No third party shall have any enforcement rights.
9.6 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yzabielle Flowershop, replacing all prior communications.
9.7 All transactions are considered to have occurred in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
